Minister of Education and Human Resources Development Azmi Mahafzah on Saturday instructed all education directors across the Kingdom to direct schools to dedicate Sunday’s morning assembly broadcasts to condemning the terrorist attack on the church in the town of Hamoud, Karak.

The directive also calls for discussions on national unity and peaceful coexistence, which have been deeply rooted for hundreds of years among Jordanians of different ethnic and religious backgrounds.
Schools were also instructed to address the importance of rejecting violence, religious intolerance and extremism in all its forms.
