AMMAN — The City of Amman has been officially listed on the Global Quality of Life (QoL) Platform, making it the second Arab city—following Medina—and the 10th globally among 100 participating cities worldwide to achieve this milestone.

This advancement reflects a steadfast commitment to enhancing data-driven approaches. Measuring the quality of life aids in accurately understanding residents' needs and directing efforts toward what truly matters to them: more walkable neighborhoods, closer and more efficient services, green public spaces, and opportunities that bolster community well-being.
The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) congratulated the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) on this distinguished achievement.
