Al-Issawi stated that His Majesty believes the Jordanian individual—man or woman—is the nation’s true wealth. He noted that the King’s comprehensive modernization vision is steadily progressing across political, economic, and administrative tracks, with the aim of broadening popular participation, empowering women and youth, and improving the quality of life for all Jordanians.

This came during his meeting on Saturday at the Royal Hashemite Court with a delegation from the Nashmiyat Aqaba initiative, where he highlighted that women-led initiatives embody a national model of responsibility, giving, and volunteerism.

He stressed that His Majesty is leading the reform and modernization project with responsibility and clarity: entrenching party and parliamentary life within the political track; enhancing job opportunities and attracting investments in the economic track; and consolidating efficiency and transparency in state institutions within the administrative track—thus meeting Jordanians’ aspirations and translating the leadership’s vision for renewal and progress.

Al-Issawi added that the King’s commitment to empowering women is complemented by the efforts of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, a symbol of leadership and humanitarian and social achievement, through her support of education, women’s empowerment, and the Jordanian family. Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II also continues His Majesty’s approach of empowering young men and women and engaging them in national work through pioneering initiatives, most notably the reactivation of the National Service Program to strengthen values of belonging, discipline, and service.

On regional matters, Al-Issawi emphasized that His Majesty has always been a steadfast Arab voice and a genuine defender of the nation’s causes, foremost among them the Palestinian cause. His Majesty consistently affirms that there can be no peace without the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital, and that the Hashemite Custodianship over the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem is a historic trust that Jordan will never relinquish.

He praised Jordan’s humanitarian and relief role under His Majesty’s leadership in supporting the brothers in Gaza and the West Bank through field hospitals and relief convoys, reflecting the Kingdom’s unwavering humanitarian stance toward the Palestinian people.

During the meeting, the participants expressed their full support for His Majesty, their readiness to live up to his trust, and their commitment to contributing to the nation’s progress and future.

They voiced pride in the Hashemite leadership’s noble positions, His Majesty’s steadfast modernization and reform path that places Jordan and its people first, and the support of King Abdullah, Queen Rania, and Crown Prince Al Hussein for empowering women and youth and enhancing their participation in public, economic, and social life.

The participants affirmed that the Hashemites embody leadership and serve as role models. Through their wisdom and political acumen, they have steered Jordan toward modernization and development, making it an oasis of security and stability in a turbulent region.

They also expressed deep appreciation for His Majesty’s positions on Arab causes, particularly the Palestinian cause and the Israeli aggression on Gaza, as well as his political, humanitarian, and relief role in supporting the Palestinian people.

The participants stressed that the Hashemites have made great sacrifices throughout history in defense of Jerusalem and its holy sites, and that the Hashemite Custodianship will remain a pillar in safeguarding the Arab and Islamic identity of Al-Quds Al-Sharif.
