The Minister of Interior, Mazen Al-Faraya, inaugurated on Monday the "Urgent Service Office" at the Civil Status and Passports Department (CSPD). The facility was developed with the support of Zain Jordan, in the presence of CSPD Director General, Eng. Ghaith Al-Tayeb, and Zain Jordan CEO, Fahad Al-Jassim.

Eng. Ghaith Al-Tayeb highlighted the office's unique role in providing services seven days a week, including official holidays. He added that the office operates until late hours daily to accommodate the varying schedules and urgent needs of citizens.
