According to a statement issued by the park on Saturday, the agreement aims to strengthen the ecosystem of commercial projects in line with the park’s vision of developing a sustainable urban environment characterized by inclusivity and integration. This will be achieved by providing facilities, buildings, and services that meet the requirements of a modern work environment as well as daily professional and social life.
Under the agreement, modern commercial complexes and towers will be developed and constructed, featuring office spaces, multi-use areas, and retail outlets. These will be designed and operated according to advanced architectural and operational standards to meet the needs of investors, employees, and visitors.
The park’s CEO, Eng. Ammar Ezzeddine, stated that signing the agreement marks an important milestone in the park’s ongoing expansion and sustainable development journey. Through this expansion, the park seeks to deliver added value that supports Jordan’s social and economic development—starting with stimulating various sectors such as construction, retail, and hospitality; generating employment opportunities; supporting entrepreneurship and innovation; and enhancing the park’s infrastructure and services. All of this, he noted, contributes to boosting commercial activity and competitiveness, thereby reinforcing the park’s appeal as a hub for business, investment, shopping, and leisure.
He added that the construction of new commercial complexes and towers forms part of a comprehensive expansion and investment plan. Within this framework, the park offers numerous investment opportunities in land and high-impact projects with long-term value, supported by incentives and advantages. This comes in response to the growth and expansion the park is experiencing and aims to further strengthen its integrated ecosystem of facilities and services, creating sustainable growth opportunities.
