• 2 cups rolled oats
• 0.5 cups pumpkin seeds
• 0.5 cups sunflower seeds
• 0.3 cups sesame seeds
• 0.5 cups dried wild berries
• 2 large eggs
• 0.5 cups milk
• 0.3 cups natural honey
• 0.3 cups olive oil or vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 pinch salt
STEPS
1. Preheat and prepare: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a rectangular baking tin with baking paper.

2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine 2 cups rolled oats, 0.5 cups pumpkin seeds, 0.5 cups sunflower seeds and 0.3 cups sesame seeds. Add 0.5 cups dried wild berries and toss well.

3. Mix the wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk 2 large eggs with 0.5 cups milk, 0.3 cups natural honey, 0.3 cups olive oil or vegetable oil and 1 teaspoons vanilla until smooth.

4. Combine: Add 1 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon and 1 pinch salt to the oat mixture. Pour the wet ingredients over it and mix well until the mixture holds together.

5. Spread and top: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared tin, pressing it down gently with a spoon. Sprinkle a few pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and dried wild berries on top.

6. Bake: Bake until the top is golden and the bread is firm all the way through.

7. Cool and cut: Remove from the oven and let cool briefly, then cut into equal squares or rectangles.

8. Serve: Serve the oat and seed bread at breakfast with a glass of milk or tea. It is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
