2½ cups ground oats
4 eggs
½ cup corn oil
½ cup butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cardamom
2 tbsp espresso coffee
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup honey
½ cup yogurt
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups crispy chocolate of your choice
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of baking soda
A pinch of salt
Method:
Mix all the liquid ingredients of the latte cake with crispy topping together.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture.
Stir well, then pour the batter into a buttered baking pan.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for at least 40 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, then decorate with chopped crispy chocolate, powdered sugar, and nuts.
