Inter Milan, the runners-up from two seasons ago, continued their recovery with a convincing 3-0 win away to Dutch side Feyenoord on Tuesday, at De Kuip in Rotterdam, in matchday four of the league phase of the UEFA Champions League.اضافة اعلان

The three-time European champions opened the scoring in the eighth minute through German defender Yann Bisseck. Francesco Pio Esposito doubled the lead 26 minutes later, and Polish midfielder Piotr Zieliński sealed the win with the third goal early in the second half, from a pass by Italian international Nicolò Barella (54).

It was Inter's second straight win, after beating Ukraine's Shakhtar Donetsk 1-0. Their campaign had started with two defeats, 2-1 to Real Madrid and 4-3 to Belgium's Club Brugge. The win lifted Inter to 15th place with six points.
Feyenoord suffered their third defeat, leaving them on three points and dropping to 30th. It was also their fourth consecutive match without a win, with two draws and two defeats.

Inter had lost their first league match of the season on Saturday, 3-1 to city rivals Milan in the "Derby of Anger." The win under coach Cristian Chivu stopped Inter from losing two games in a row for the first time since November 2025.
This was Inter's third win over Feyenoord in three meetings in the competition, following their 2024-25 round-of-16 ties.

Bisseck put Inter ahead when he received the ball on the edge of the box, turned, and drilled a curling low shot past the Feyenoord goalkeeper, who got a hand to it.

Feyenoord struggled to get out of Inter's high press, while the Italian champions controlled possession and space for most of the first quarter.

The home fans had to wait half an hour before seeing their team's first real chance, after a neat passing move found Algerian international Anis Hadj Moussa in a good position to shoot, but his effort was saved.

Inter soon doubled their lead when England's Djed Spence found space on the right. His shot was deflected by a defender, and the loose ball fell to Esposito, who headed it into the net from close range.

The second half brought more trouble for Feyenoord, coached by former Netherlands international Giovanni van Bronckhorst. Their defence was pushed back, giving Zieliński room to shoot. He took the gift and unleashed a powerful, unstoppable shot that hit the crossbar and went in, in the 54th minute.
