Al-Faisaly summons Aqeel after Hakeem Shaker resigns.

Amman — Al-Faisaly football club on Saturday summoned Syrian coach Mohammad Aqeel to oversee the first team's training, following the resignation of Iraqi coach Hakeem Shaker.اضافة اعلان

“The club's Board of directors has agreed to accept the resignation of coach Hakeem Shaker, due to special circumstances in his country," Al-Faisaly said in a statement on its Facebook account.

The club's board tried to dissuade the coach from resigning, but he insisted on it due to his circumstances.

Coach Shaker thanked the Al-Faisaly fans, the players, and the board of directors for their warm reception and good handling, wishing them success during the next phase.
