Australia Charges Bondi Attack Suspect with Terrorism and 15 Counts of Murder

Australian police have charged Navid Akram, the suspect in the Bondi Beach attack, with terrorism, the murder of 15 people, and committing a series of other offenses on Wednesday, following the deadliest mass shooting in Australia in decades.اضافة اعلان

New South Wales Police stated: “The man will be charged in court with conduct causing death and serious injury, and with endangering lives to defend a religious cause and incite fear in the community.”

In a statement, the police indicated that initial evidence points to a terrorist attack inspired by ISIS, which is listed as a terrorist organization in Australia.
