Oman affirmed its firm position in support of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital on the lines of June 4, 1967, in accordance with Security Council resolutions issued in this regard, and what was stipulated in the Arab Peace Initiative and the principle of land for peace and the two-state solution.

It indicated that it presented its position in accordance with the rules and principles of international law, and in support of the diplomatic and legal action led by the State of Palestine to preserve the rights of the Palestinian people and protect them from crimes committed by the Israeli occupation, stressing the importance of the international community to assume its responsibility to stop illegal settlements and Israeli plans to annex parts of the occupied Palestinian territories, and the necessity of preserving the historical, legal and religious status of the occupied city of Jerusalem, including supporting steps for the State of Palestine to obtain the status of a full member state in the United Nations.

ChinaThe Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister delivered a written statement to the International Court of Justice on Israeli violations, immediately after Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki handed over the file to the International Court of Justice.

Maliki, had delivered, on Monday, the written plea of the State of Palestine to the International Court of Justice, at its headquarters in The Hague, so that the court could issue its opinion and a legal advisory on the nature of the Israeli colonial occupation of the occupied Palestinian territory and the legal consequences arising from that and the duties of states and the United Nations.

Chinese envoy to the Palestinian Authority renewed China's firm stance on the just cause of the Palestinian people, adding that this falls in China's recognition and support of the State of Palestine in international forums, and that Israel must bear the consequences of its permanent violation of the rights of the Palestinians and its non-compliance of international laws.

QatarQatar also announced that it had submitted a written memorandum during the sessions of the International Court of Justice to provide an advisory opinion on the legal consequences of Israeli policies and practices applied in the occupied Palestinian territories, especially East Jerusalem.

In its memorandum, Qatar condemned the ongoing and illegal Israeli occupation of Palestine, calling on the court to conclude that Israel's obligations under international law require it to immediately stop its illegal occupation, in addition to providing full compensation for the damage and suffering caused by the occupation.

The Embassy of Qatar in The Hague affirmed that the memorandum warned that the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories aims to completely and permanently deprive the Palestinian people of their inherent right to self-determination, noting that "the occupation amounts to being an illegal and racial apartheid regime, which cannot be denied."

The embassy stated that the memorandum drew the court's attention to the victims of the ongoing Israeli occupation, namely the children who were killed by tis occupation, the men and women whose dignity the occupation crushed, and the refugees it expelled from their homes.

It also documents many examples of Israel’s human rights violations, war crimes committed by it, and its crimes against humanity against the Palestinian people.

The embassy also renewed the firm position of the State of Qatar on the justice of the Palestinian cause.
