In a statistical statement, the ministry said that Gaza hospitals received three new martyrs and 13 new injuries over the past 24 hours, including one person who died as a result of the collapse of a building previously damaged by an earlier Israeli airstrike in the city of Khan Younis.

The statement did not disclose the circumstances surrounding the deaths of the other two Palestinians or the injuries. Meanwhile, the Israeli army continues to violate the ceasefire agreement in effect since October 10 by carrying out shelling, gunfire, and incursions into areas from which it had withdrawn under the agreement.

The Ministry of Health reported that since October 11, Israel has killed 420 Palestinians and injured 1,184 others as part of its ceasefire violations.

In addition to the human toll, the war launched by Israel on October 8, 2023, with U.S. support and lasting two years, has caused massive destruction, affecting 90 percent of civilian infrastructure in the Gaza Strip. The United Nations has estimated the cost of reconstruction at approximately $70 billion.
