According to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the Director General of the General Department of Civil Defense, Mohammed Al-Mansouri, stated that Kuwaiti Air Defense forces intercepted a number of hostile aerial targets early this morning with "efficiency and capability." He emphasized that the situation in the country is stable and that relevant agencies are monitoring developments around the clock within an integrated operational framework.

Al-Mansouri added that the General Department of Civil Defense received several reports regarding the sound of explosions in some areas, explaining that these sounds resulted from the interception operations taking place in the airspace.

He noted that the Kuwaiti Air Force is conducting continuous surveillance and tracking of aerial targets before they enter the country's airspace.
