Death toll in Gaza rises to 15,899 since October 7

GAZA – The number of people killed in Gaza has risen to 15,899 since the start of the Israeli aggression 59 days ago, according to Al-Quds Press.  70 percent of those killed are children and women, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza. The Ministry of Health stated in a press release on Monday that the number of injuries has risen to 42,000.  The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) committed massacres, resulting in hundreds of deaths and injuries in the past few hours, according to Ashraf al-Qidra, the spokesman for the Ministry of Health in Gaza. Qidra said 349 had dead and 750 wounded arrived at hospitals in the past hours, and the majority of victims are still under the rubble.
