Israeli occupation forces tightened their military measures on Sunday north of the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate in the occupied West Bank.
The official Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported that occupation forces closed the entrance to the town of Sinjil to citizens in both directions, obstructing their movement.

Sources added that occupation forces set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Nabi Salih.
These measures come amid ongoing restrictions imposed across the West Bank governorates for years, particularly in recent times, which have seen an escalation in settler attacks under the protection of the occupation army.
According to a report issued by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the number of military checkpoints and gates installed in Palestinian territory has reached over 916, including 243 gates erected after October 7, 2023.
