The Israeli army continued its attacks on various areas of southern Lebanon on Saturday through airstrikes, artillery shelling, detonations, sound bombs, and tree-cutting, resulting in several casualties.

According to the official Lebanese National News Agency (NNA), Israeli artillery targeted the town of Haris in the Bint Jbeil district of the Nabatieh Governorate, causing an unspecified number of injuries.
Within the same district, Israeli forces cut down all the trees planted along the roadsides in the city of Bint Jbeil.
In the Tyre district of the South Governorate, Israeli forces fired several rockets early Saturday at neighborhoods in the town of Al-Mansouri, adjacent to Mazraat Buyut al-Siyad. An Israeli drone also dropped two sound bombs on the Al-Masha' area between the towns of Majdal Zoun and Al-Mansouri, followed by airstrikes from warplanes targeting the same area.
In the Nabatieh district, the Israeli army carried out a large detonation on Saturday afternoon on the outskirts of the town of Zoutar al-Sharqiyah. Additionally, an Israeli drone launched a strike on the town of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, following airstrikes by warplanes on Friday evening targeting the town of Kfar Tibnit within the same district.
Commenting on one of the airstrikes, the Israeli army claimed it targeted a cell of Hezbollah drone operators in southern Lebanon, without specifying the exact location of the strike. The military alleged in a brief statement that the strike was launched after identifying a drone fired near its forces, adding that the air force executed a swift raid against the "cell members" to "remove the threat" they posed.
Earlier on Saturday, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that the cumulative toll from the Israeli aggression on the country had risen to 4,328 dead and 12,227 injured since March 2.
Israel continues its attacks on Lebanon despite both parties signing a US-brokered "Framework Agreement" on June 26, which outlines a phased Israeli withdrawal from Lebanese territory, starting with two pilot zones. These ongoing attacks follow recent talks held in the Italian capital, Rome, regarding the initiation of Israeli troop withdrawals from two sectors in southern Lebanon.
Israel currently occupies areas in southern Lebanon, some of which it has held for decades, alongside newer territories seized during the 2023–2024 war and the military escalation that began this past March.
