Rainfall Season Rises to 12.5%

As of Sunday morning, the total inflow into the Kingdom’s dams reached 3.6 million cubic meters during the weather instability that affected the country from Saturday evening through Sunday morning, according to the Ministry of Water and Irrigation / Jordan Valley Authority. According to the ministry, the rainfall season has reached 12.5% of the long-term annual average of approximately 8.1 billion cubic meters. The highest recorded rainfall was in the city of Aqaba, reaching 36.9 mm.
