The weather on Wednesday will be mild over the high mountain areas and moderate in the rest of the regions, with varying amounts of clouds appearing at different altitudes, and northwesterly moderate winds, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department.
In the evening and at night, the weather will be relatively cold in most regions and mild in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with varying amounts of clouds at different levels and a slight chance of light and scattered rain showers in limited parts of the north and center of the Kingdom. Winds will be light and variable in direction.
Temperatures are expected to range between 27°C and 12°C in east Amman, 25°C and 11°C in west Amman, 23°C and 12°C in the northern highlands, 24°C and 11°C in the Sharah highlands, 26°C and 9°C in the desert areas, 25°C and 13°C in the plains, 32°C and 15°C in the northern Jordan Valley, 30°C and 15°C in the southern Jordan Valley, 31°C and 16°C at the Dead Sea, and 32°C and 18°C in Aqaba.
On Thursday, the Kingdom will gradually be affected by a state of atmospheric instability, with a slight drop in temperatures and the appearance of clouds at various altitudes. Scattered rain showers are expected at intervals across parts of the Kingdom, possibly accompanied by thunder in some areas. Winds will be northwesterly moderate, occasionally active and raising dust, especially in desert regions.
On Friday, another noticeable drop in temperatures is expected, and the weather will become generally unstable, partly to mostly cloudy, with scattered showers of rain, particularly in the western parts of the Kingdom. Some of these showers may be heavy at times and accompanied by thunder and hail in some areas. Winds will be westerly moderate, becoming active at intervals and raising dust, especially in desert areas.
On Saturday, temperatures will continue to drop, and the unstable conditions will persist. The weather will be partly to mostly cloudy, with expected rain showers in the northern and central regions of the Kingdom. Winds will be southwesterly moderate, becoming active at times and raising dust, especially in desert areas.
