Temperatures on Saturday are expected to remain around their seasonal averages, with normal summer weather prevailing across most parts of the Kingdom. Conditions will be hot in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba, with clouds appearing at various altitudes and a slight chance of light, localized showers in parts of northern Jordan, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department.
Winds will be northwesterly and moderate in speed, occasionally picking up, particularly in the Badia.
Highs and lows in eastern Amman are expected to range between 34°C and 23°C, while western Amman will see 32°C and 21°C. Temperatures will range between 30°C and 18°C in the northern highlands, 31°C and 19°C in the Sharah Mountains, 37°C and 22°C in the Badia, and 35°C and 21°C in the plains.
In the northern Jordan Valley, temperatures are expected to reach 39°C, with a low of 26°C, while the southern Jordan Valley will see 43°C and 29°C. Temperatures at the Dead Sea are forecast to reach 42°C, with a low of 28°C, while Aqaba is expected to record 42°C and 29°C.
On Sunday, normal summer conditions will continue across most areas, while it will remain hot in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba. Clouds will appear at medium altitudes, with a slight chance of localized showers in parts of northern Jordan. Winds will be northwesterly and moderate, occasionally becoming active.
A slight drop in temperatures is expected on Monday. Normal summer conditions will continue through Tuesday in most areas, while the weather will be relatively hot in the Badia and hot in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba. Winds will remain northwesterly and moderate, becoming active at intervals.
