The Department explained that temperatures are expected to rise slightly on Saturday and Monday, while the weather will remain relatively cold in most regions and mild in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

Some clouds are expected to appear at different altitudes, with moderate southeasterly winds.

The Department added that similar weather conditions will prevail on Sunday, with relatively cold weather continuing across most areas and no significant change in temperatures, along with high-altitude clouds.

Moderate southeasterly winds will continue, occasionally becoming active, while nighttime conditions will generally be cold.

On Tuesday, a slight drop in temperatures is expected, with the weather remaining relatively cold in most regions and mild in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will shift to moderate northwesterlies, with cold conditions at night.

As for expected temperatures, daytime highs in Amman will range between 15 and 17 degrees Celsius, while nighttime lows will be between 8 and 9 degrees Celsius. In the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, maximum temperatures will range from 22 to 24 degrees Celsius, with nighttime lows between 11 and 12 degrees Celsius.

The Jordan Meteorological Department warned of reduced horizontal visibility due to the formation of fog during the early morning hours, especially over mountainous areas.

It also warned of the risk of frost formation during the late nighttime hours over high mountain elevations and parts of the desert regions, urging citizens to exercise caution and follow public safety guidelines.
