Temperatures are expected to rise slightly on Monday, reaching around 3–4°C above their average for this time of year. Hot weather will prevail across most areas, while conditions will be very hot in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba.
Winds will be moderate, blowing from the northeast to northwest, and will occasionally become active during the evening hours.
In its report, the Jordan Meteorological Department warned against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during peak hours and urged people not to leave children or elderly persons inside closed vehicles. It also called for avoiding the lighting of fires and leaving fire-related waste in forested areas.

* Gulf of Aqaba: 42°C / 31°C

Wednesday: Temperatures will drop slightly. The weather will be relatively hot in most areas and hot to very hot in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba. Winds will be moderate northwesterly, becoming active in the afternoon and raising dust, especially in the Badia.
Thursday: Relatively hot conditions will continue across most areas, while the weather will be hot to very hot in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba. Winds will be moderate northwesterly and occasionally active.
