Habib will represent Jordanian gymnastics in the pommel horse event, with competition scheduled to begin on September 21 at the Nagoya Municipal Gymnasium.

The Jordanian gymnast is continuing an intensive training program designed to bring him to peak technical and physical readiness.

He hopes to deliver a strong performance in his first appearance at the Asian Games while gaining valuable experience competing against some of the continent’s top gymnasts.

Jordan’s Uzbek national gymnastics coach, Ruslan Ergashiev, said Habib has shown significant development in recent months and has demonstrated strong determination to achieve the best possible result at the event.

He added that competition in the pommel horse event will be intense, but participating in the continental sporting showcase represents an important milestone in Habib’s career and will help him further develop his technical abilities and gain the experience needed for future international competitions.

Gymnastics competitions at the Asian Games are among the most competitive on the continent, attracting leading athletes with Olympic and world-level achievements.

The event therefore provides young athletes with an opportunity to compete alongside some of the sport’s highest-level performers and gain valuable international experience.
