Power cuts announced for northern governorates

AMMAN — The Irbid Electricity Company has announced that it will conduct a scheduled power cut to specific areas in the northern governorates on Wednesday. The cuts in order to allow crews to conduct maintenance work, the company said.اضافة اعلان

The cuts will start at 9am and last until 4pm in Irbid Governorate’s areas, which include Prince Hassan Street, East Al-Naseem, and South Street. Edon will also be affected from 9:30am until 5pm.

In Ajloun Governorate, the power cut will affect Ain Jana, communities adjacent to the Ajloun Grand Hall and Al-Zogoul Mills, as well as Manshar Muqtash and Anjara from 9:30am to 6pm.


In Mafraq Governorate, the power cut will be limited to areas near the industrial school from 9am until 1pm, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
