Amman— The Ministry of Health (MoH), in cooperation with the Local Health System Sustainability Project (LHSS), a United States Agency for International Development-funded (USAID) project, on Sunday launched a media campaign entitled "My Safe School", under the slogan "Our Education is our Future", as part of a ministry's plan to prevent Covid-19 infections among students and academic staff.اضافة اعلان

Assistant Secretary-General for Primary Health Care, Dr. Ghazi Sharkas, told the Jordan News Agency (Petra), that the campaign was launched in conjunction with the decision to open schools and start face-to-face education, indicating that the campaign aims to educate the students, as well as their parents, about infection prevention protocols.

The campaign will feature a series of videos that will be broadcast this month through various media, including Petra, and social networking sites, in addition to radio announcements.

The Local Health System Sustainability Project (LHSS) is USAID's flagship initiative on integrated health systems strengthening. Its goal is to help low- and middle-income countries transition to sustainable, self-financed health systems as a means to support access to universal health coverage.
