Among them is this wasp with antennae as long as its body, a rectangular abdomen, and long, strong hind legs. It belongs to the order Diptera (two-winged insects). This wasp is extinct and was one of the parasitic wasps.

As seen in the picture, the 140 million years old wasp with long antennae was found in Jordanian amber.
