According to a statement by the Group, the projects include the Dead Sea Corniche, the Dead Sea Tourist Beach, and the Dead Sea Walkway. These initiatives are part of a vision to redevelop the area into an integrated, year-round tourism and entertainment destination.

Sakher Al-Ajlouni, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, stated that the Dead Sea Corniche spans 1.1 kilometers and features walking trails, seaside seating areas, and a multi-purpose outdoor theater. It also offers approximately 30 investment opportunities, including restaurants, cafes, and recreational projects.

Al-Ajlouni added that the Dead Sea Tourist Beach, covering 240 dunams with a capacity exceeding 4,500 visitors, provides comprehensive service and entertainment facilities. It includes a tourist restaurant that accommodates about 300 people, along with swimming pools, seating areas, and family-oriented amenities.

Regarding the Dead Sea Walkway, he noted that the project consists of 20 organized kiosks along a 4-kilometer stretch. This initiative aims to regulate commercial activity, improve the general aesthetic, and provide job opportunities for small business owners.

The inauguration of these projects will coincide with festive events held across the three sites in a national atmosphere reflecting the spirit of Independence Day. The projects are expected to create hundreds of direct and indirect jobs while boosting the region's tourism appeal.
