Total worker remittances sent to Jordan increased by 4.1% during the first three quarters of 2025, reaching USD 3,346.1 million. Outbound remittances from the Kingdom also rose by 15.8%, totaling USD 1,294.9 million.

Preliminary data from the Central Bank shows that remittances from the United Arab Emirates ranked first among incoming transfers to Jordan, accounting for 21.4% of the total, followed by the United States (19.2%), Saudi Arabia (18.6%), and Qatar (9.6%), while other countries made up 31.2% of total incoming remittances.
For outgoing remittances, Egypt was the main destination, representing 39.6% of transfers sent from Jordan, followed by Bangladesh (11.0%), the UAE (5.9%), and the Philippines (5.4%), with other countries accounting for 38.1% of total outgoing remittances.
