Manaseer Group, and Minex GmbH, signed a strategic
partnership agreement on copper exploration in Jordan. The agreement is made to
implement the scope of work found in the memorandum of understanding (MOU) with
the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, to explore the Wadi Araba/ Dana

Minex will provide expertise and co-financing around
exploration/drilling activities, sample analysis, and geological mapping, to
deliver an estimation that complies with the JORC standards. Which is a
professional code that sets the standards for public reporting of mineral
exploration results, mineral resources, and ore reserves.
The exploration results will confirm mineral resources and
ore reserves to enable an industrial set-up and to provide a bankable project
that will attract international investors, off-takers, and complementary
partners.
