AMMAN — Saudi ambassador to Jordan
Nayef bin Bandar Al-Sudairi said that the relationship between the Saudi and
Jordanian people is exemplary, firm, unparalleled and as good as ever, Khaberni
News reported.

He said the next period will see the announcement of a
number of joint projects between the two countries.
On the Saudi investment in
King Hussein Medical City, Sudairi
said that the medical city is a unique and sophisticated project as it consists
of two educational and therapeutic sections.
He pointed to the partners in the project, saying they were
namely the University of California, and the University of London.
“I have been having talks with the
University of California
and they said that the devices that would be used in the project do not exist in
the US, which would contribute to providing better services to patients in
Jordan,” the envoy noted.
He said that the culture between the two people is well
established, and that Saudi Arabia is keen to communicate cultural messages. He
stressed that Riyadh had participated through a cultural delegation in the
events of Irbid, the Arab capital of culture.
