The sponsorship reflects the bank’s commitment to supporting national initiatives and its belief in the pivotal role women play in driving change and innovation across the public sector. It also reinforces the bank’s support for efforts to enhance institutional performance and strengthen women’s representation in decision-making positions.

Qimam 13 focuses on strengthening the leadership capabilities of promising women in middle-management and supervisory positions across ministries and government institutions.

The program equips participants with advanced skills and expertise in line with the objectives of the Public Sector Modernization Roadmap and the Economic Modernisation Vision (2023–2033).

The five-month program, delivered by the International Women’s Forum – Jordan, offers a comprehensive professional development experience combining advanced training, practical workshops, and direct mentorship through IWF’s network.

It covers key areas including strategic thinking, digital transformation, innovation in citizen-centered public service delivery, and sustainable development. Participants also undertake practical projects aimed at improving institutional performance within their respective ministries and government institutions.

It is worth noting that Housing Bank places women’s empowerment at the forefront of its strategic priorities, working to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace that promotes equal opportunities and encourages the professional and leadership development of its female employees.
