AMMAN — Chairman of the Lower House Financial Committee Mohammed Al-Saudi called on the government to behave responsibly and intervene to control the hike in prices, especially those of basic commodities, as the increases are unjustifiable, according to Jo24. اضافة اعلان

Saudi said that the prices of some products, such as vegetables, increased even though they have nothing to do with the Ukrainian war and imports, stressing that merchants are greedy and take advantage of the current situation.

People can no longer afford buying stuff, and the increase in prices will affect the Jordanian families’ lives, he added.
