The “Click” instant payment system recorded transaction values of approximately JOD 5.71 billion during the first quarter of 2026, compared to around JOD 5.46 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking an increase of 4.6%.

According to a report by Jordan Payments and Clearing Company, a total of 53.29 million transactions were executed through the system in the first quarter, compared to 50.61 million transactions in the previous quarter, representing a rise of 5.3%.
The number of “Click” users rose to 2.22 million by the end of the first quarter, compared to 2.13 million users in the fourth quarter of 2025, reflecting a growth rate of 4.6%.
The vast majority of users are Jordanian nationals, accounting for approximately 96.0% of total users (around 2.13 million users), while users of other nationalities total approximately 85.6 thousand, representing about 4%.
The report shows that males account for 60.9% of system users, compared to 36.2% females. The age group between 18 and 40 years constitutes the largest segment of users; approximately 541.9 thousand users fall within the 18–30 age group, followed by about 775.5 thousand users aged 31–40. JoPACC noted that individuals represent 97.7% of users, while institutions account for no more than 3.9%.
According to the report, money transfers accounted for the majority of “Click” activity, reaching approximately JOD 2.84 billion, or 78.3% of total transaction value. Meanwhile, purchase transactions amounted to approximately JOD 790 million, representing 21.7% of the total.
Users carried out 43.2 million transfer transactions (81.3% of total transactions), compared to 10.11 million purchase transactions (18.9%). The report indicates that approximately 72.9% of transactions were conducted between accounts within the same bank (On Us), while 27.1% were between accounts at different banks (Off Us).
The average transaction value through “Click” in the first quarter was approximately JOD 107, calculated by dividing the total transaction value by the number of executed transactions.
“Click” is the latest instant payment system in the Kingdom, launched by JoPACC in mid-2020. It enables instant transfers between bank accounts and e-wallets, operates 24/7, and offers services such as instant transfers, payment requests, refunds, and QR code payments at points of sale. The system is managed by JoPACC in cooperation with the Central Bank of Jordan, with participation from all banks operating in the Kingdom.
