U.S. Military: Strikes on Iran Carried Out for the Seventh Consecutive Night

The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced in a breaking statement that it had conducted a new round of air and ground military strikes targeting sites inside Iran, marking the seventh consecutive night of operations.

CENTCOM said the sustained attacks are part of a military strategy aimed at further degrading and neutralizing Iran’s military capabilities, while limiting its ability to launch attacks or threaten regional security.

In a related development, CENTCOM revealed that it has intensified its maritime blockade in the region. According to the statement, U.S. naval forces intercepted and redirected four commercial vessels that were heading to Iranian ports or sailing in nearby waters, as part of efforts to enforce the naval blockade imposed on Tehran and disrupt the flow of supplies and logistical support.
