Speaking at a Memorial Day event in Delaware honoring fallen American soldiers, the 82-year-old Biden said, “Well, the outlook is good. You know, we’re working on everything. Things are going well. So, I feel fine.”

Earlier this month, Biden’s office had announced that he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.

Addressing reporters, the former president said he had chosen a treatment plan and added, “The expectation is that we’ll be able to beat it.”

He further noted: “It’s not in any organs. My bones are strong. It hasn’t spread. So, I feel okay.”

It is worth noting that when Biden’s diagnosis was first announced, reports indicated the cancer had spread to the bones. However, Biden clarified to reporters, “We are all optimistic about the diagnosis. In fact, one of the top surgeons in the world is working with me.”
