The institution urged that, when using gas heaters, the following should be ensured:
Place the heater in a well-ventilated area.
Make sure the hose is free of cracks; preferably use hoses made of three layers.
Ensure that the gas valve is functioning properly and that there are no gas leaks.
Avoid placing pots on the heater or using it for cooking or drying clothes.
In the case of using kerosene heaters, the following should be observed:
Place the heater in a well-ventilated area.
Avoid refueling the heater while it is lit.
Ensure that the heater is equipped with a safety valve that automatically turns it off if it falls over.
