Minister highlights Jordan as global religious tourism destination

The minister was speaking during a meeting with Lebanon’s Maronite Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros Al-Rahi, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

 

The Baptism Site in the Jordan Valley and other religious sites, including Mount Nebo, Tel Mar Elias, Mukawer, and the Lady of the Mountain Church are religious tourism destinations that hold great significance for Christian pilgrims, Fayez said.
