The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Education, Mahmoud Al-Hayassat, said that the marking of exam papers has begun for the subjects taken by candidates sitting the supplementary session of the General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) for the 2025 academic year.

Al-Hayassat added, as quoted by Al-Rai daily on Saturday, that the marking of Mathematics exam papers will start next Monday at 13 marking centers. The total number of marking centers stands at 38, distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom.
On Saturday, candidates sat for the Mathematics Paper (2) for all academic and vocational streams. Candidates in the Home Economics stream took the Plant Production Paper (2), while those in the Hotel and Tourism stream sat for the Specialized Vocational Sciences Paper (2).
The total number of examinees reached 48,040 across all streams, distributed as follows: 22,356 in the Scientific stream, 22,151 in the Literary stream, 70 in the Sharia stream, 1,456 in the Industrial stream, 811 in the Home Economics stream, 663 in the Agricultural stream, and 533 in the Hotel and Tourism stream.
