Jordan welcomes signing to protect Sudanese civilians

AMMAN — Jordan’s Foreign Ministry welcomed the signing of the Sudanese Army and the Rapid Support Forces on a Saudi, US-brokered agreement on basic principles in Jeddah.اضافة اعلان

The ministry expressed its hope that the agreement and the humanitarian obligations to protect civilians and uphold the international humanitarian law.

It added that it is a first step in the securement and stability of Sudan, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
