Jordan ranks 3rd among Arab countries in solar energy production

The Kingdom’s solar energy production was exceeded only by the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Despite its impressive solar energy output, Jordan's electricity prices remain among the highest in the Arab world. The country also faces a shortage of electricity.
