Jordan, GCC Countries, and the U.S.: We Affirm Our Right to Self-Defense Against Iranian Attacks
The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the State of Qatar, the State of Kuwait, and the United States of America strongly condemn the Islamic Republic of Iran’s indiscriminate and reckless missile and drone attacks against sovereign territories across the region. These attacks targeted Bahrain, Iraq (including the Kurdistan Region), Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. These unjustified strikes targeted sovereign lands, endangered civilians, and caused damage to civilian infrastructure.اضافة اعلان

Iran’s actions represent a dangerous escalation that violates the sovereignty of multiple nations and threatens regional stability. The targeting of civilians and states not involved in hostilities is reckless and destabilizing behavior.

We stand united in defense of our citizens, sovereignty, and territories. We reaffirm our inherent right to self-defense in the face of these attacks and reiterate our commitment to regional security. We further commend the effective cooperation in integrated air and missile defense, which prevented greater loss of life and wider destruction.
