The decision comes as the deadline for the regularization and status adjustment of non-Jordanian workers approaches. It aims to facilitate procedures for employers and household employers amid high demand from applicants, ensuring they can benefit from the regularization period.

Under the decision, the directorates in Amman whose working hours will be extended until 5 p.m. include the North Amman, East Amman and South Amman labor directorates, as well as the Domestic Workers Directorate in the Abdali area and the Amman Chamber of Commerce Labor Office.

The decision also covers labor directorates in the governorates of Karak, Irbid and Mafraq.
