The Greater Amman Municipality announced that citizens can submit objections to traffic violations that appear to be “entered in error” through available electronic services.

The municipality stated: “Did you receive a traffic violation that seems to have been entered by mistake? You can easily file an objection via the electronic services under ‘Service for Contesting Erroneously Entered Traffic Violations.’”
The municipality emphasized that objections must meet several conditions:
Only one violation per request can be contested.
The applicant must attend the scheduled session in person, bringing a valid ID card or passport.
Requests can be canceled before the session date if the applicant cannot attend.
The objection must be submitted personally by the individual concerned.
The municipality added that session dates will be determined upon arrival for the scheduled session to ensure objections are reviewed accurately and transparently.
