Gov’t cancels COVID-19 weekly report — Balbisi

AMMAN — Adviser to the Prime Minister for Health Affairs Adel Al-Balbisi announced that the COVID-19 weekly report will no longer be published, according to a local media outlet. اضافة اعلان

The decision was due to the noticeable decline in death and infection rates in recent weeks, Balbisi said.

He pointed out that Jordan’s epidemiological situation is very good now, confirming that a report will be issued again in case of an increase in infection cases or death was recorded.

He urged people, especially those with chronic diseases, to take the COVID-19 vaccine to mitigate the infection symptoms.
