Yousef Hassan Al-Issawi, Chief of the Hashemite Royal Court, stated that the Jordanian experience has proven that the cohesion between the wise Hashemite leadership and the people is the decisive factor in protecting the state and enhancing its resilience. He highlighted that Jordan has managed to maintain its security and stability in a turbulent regional environment thanks to this strong bond.

This came during his meetings on Monday at the Hashemite Royal Court with a delegation from the Al-Masri tribe and another popular delegation representing diverse societal groups, held in separate sessions.
Al-Issawi emphasized that the Hashemite approach, based on closeness to the people and understanding their concerns, has formed a solid foundation for building trust between the state and society, which has reflected in tangible political and social stability.
He explained that Jordan has not treated challenges as mere transient crises but rather turned them into opportunities for growth and development. He stressed that His Majesty King Abdullah II’s vision has always been centered on investing in the Jordanian people, recognizing them as the most important asset in the country’s progress.
Al-Issawi added that the ongoing modernization paths in the kingdom are the result of a long-term vision aimed at enhancing participation, improving economic and administrative performance, and building institutions capable of responding to future needs.
On the social dimension, Al-Issawi noted that attention to family, education, and community empowerment forms a core pillar of national work, praising the efforts of Her Majesty Queen Rania in this area and the positive impact they have had on society.
He also highlighted the growing role of Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, noting that his active engagement with youth reflects the leadership’s belief in the new generation’s role in shaping the future and strengthening national identity in an enlightened, modern way.
Regarding regional issues, Al-Issawi affirmed that Jordan’s foreign policy is based on consistent principles, foremost among them supporting just Arab causes, particularly the Palestinian cause. He stressed that the kingdom’s stance on Jerusalem and its holy sites is a historic, unwavering position guided by Hashemite custodianship.
He added that Jordan continues its humanitarian and pan-Arab role toward the people of Gaza and the West Bank, alongside its steadfast support for Arab nations facing difficult circumstances, in line with its national and humanitarian responsibilities.
Al-Issawi emphasized that the current stage requires heightened awareness and collective action, noting that national unity has always been and remains the true safety valve for Jordan, and the primary pillar for overcoming various challenges.
In closing, Al-Issawi praised the significant efforts of the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army – and security agencies, commending their role in protecting the nation, maintaining stability, and ensuring citizens’ safety.
The attendees expressed their pride in the Hashemite leadership, affirming that rallying around His Majesty is an established choice, and that mutual trust between the leadership and the people is essential for maintaining national unity and stability.
They reiterated their commitment, following the path of their ancestors, to the national approach upon which the Jordanian state was founded, expressing their readiness to contribute to the nation’s development and work, inspired by their heritage and renewing their loyalty to His Majesty the King and the Crown Prince.
They also praised Jordan’s honorable stance in defending Arab causes, commending His Majesty’s political and diplomatic efforts on international platforms, and the kingdom’s role in protecting Jerusalem and supporting its residents.
