Zeina Barhoum will sing as Violetta, Riccardo Gatto as Alfredo, Carlo Morini as Giorgio Germont, Eva Macaggi as Flora, Talia Ghosheh as Annina, and Graziano Issa as Giuseppe, according to the AOF official website.

The opera will be accompanied by the Italian Piacenza Opera House Choir, the Terre Verdiane Orchestra, and musicians and dancers from Jordan, conducted by Massimo Taddia and directed by Riccardo Canessa.

The opera festival was founded in 2017 by award-winning opera singer Zeina Barhoum. AOF hosted La Traviata in 2017 and La Boheme in 2018 at the Roman Amphitheater in downtown Amman, and The Barber of Seville in 2019 at the Cultural Palace.

This year’s festival will take place on the 16th and 18th of November at Jordan’s first functioning opera house and multi-purpose theater, the Amman Academy Theater, at 8:00pm. Tickets are available on www.ammanoperafestival.com and at Cozmo 7th circle.
