AMMAN— The
weather on Saturday will be fair with southeasterly moderate winds, Jordan
Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update, according to the
Jordan News Agency, Petra.

According to
the JMD report, a slight rise in temperatures is forecast on Sunday, to record
3-4 degrees Celsius higher than their seasonal average.
On Monday, a
drop in mercury will occur, as pleasant weather prevails almost countrywide,
while moderate conditions will hit Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba.
As for
Tuesday, a slight drop in temperatures is forecast, and the weather will be
pleasant almost nationwide and moderate in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and
Aqaba. Showers of rain are forecast in Jordan's northern and central regions,
the JMD noted.
Temperatures
in the capital will range between a high of 25 degrees Celsius and a low of
13C, while the port city of Aqaba will see a hot 31C during the day, sliding to
21C at night.
