AMMAN— The
weather on Saturday will be moderate almost countrywide, and relatively hot in
the Jordan Valley and Aqaba, Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its
daily update, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

According to the JMD report, similar weather
conditions are forecast on Sunday with northwesterly to northeasterly moderate
winds.
On Monday, a slight drop in temperatures is
forecast, and the weather will be fair almost countrywide and relatively
sweltering in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba.
As for Tuesday, another drop in mercury will occur
and similar weather as the day earlier will prevail with northwesterly moderate
winds.
Also today, mercury in the capital Amman will
range between a high of 31 degrees Celsius and a low of 16C, while port city of
Aqaba will see a scorching 38C during the day, sliding to 25C degrees at night.
