The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff inspects construction projects at the Prince Al-Hassan bin Talal 60th Armored Brigade and joins the Unmanned Systems Group for Iftar.

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hunaiti, visited on Wednesday the headquarters of the Prince Al-Hassan bin Talal 60th Armored Brigade, a formation of the Central Military Region. He was received by the Regional Commander and the Brigade Commander.
Major General Al-Hunaiti was briefed on the progress of assigned duties and tasks, the level of operational and logistical readiness, and future plans aligned with the ongoing development and modernization phases implemented by the Armed Forces.
During the visit, the Chairman inspected several buildings and facilities under construction at the Brigade headquarters. He reviewed the progress and implementation stages, directing that the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and speed be maintained. He emphasized that these projects align with the General Command’s vision to provide modern military infrastructure and an integrated work and training environment that enhances unit readiness and supports professional execution of duties.
In the presence of several senior officers, Major General Al-Hunaiti also joined the personnel of the Unmanned Systems Group for Maghrib prayer and Iftar. He conveyed the greetings and pride of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, His Majesty King Abdullah II, praising their specialized efforts in supporting various units and formations of the Armed Forces.
The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff stressed that developing technical and operational capabilities, while providing a suitable environment for performance and achievement, represents a strategic priority. This enables the Armed Forces to continue their national mission efficiently and maintain the highest levels of readiness to defend the security and stability of the homeland.
