The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Al-Hunaiti, visited the Prince Hashem bin Al-Hussein School for Special Forces Training on Sunday to review the level of readiness and the progress of the training process.

Major General Al-Hunaiti listened to a briefing presented by the school's commandant regarding the approved training plans, specialized qualification programs, and the combat preparation system for Special Forces personnel. The briefing also covered measures taken to develop operational skills in accordance with the latest military methods.
In the presence of several senior military officers, Al-Hunaiti emphasized the necessity of continuing to implement qualitative programs that enhance combat efficiency and raise readiness levels. He highlighted the importance of military discipline and professional performance to ensure that elite units can execute their duties with competence and proficiency.
The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff also visited the Commando and Paratrooper Battalion, where he performed the Maghrib prayer and shared an Iftar meal with its members. He conveyed to them the greetings and pride of His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, praising their high morale and operational readiness.
Additionally, Major General Al-Hunaiti inaugurated several new administrative and structural buildings aimed at supporting the operational system and enhancing performance efficiency in both units.
Concluding his visit, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff affirmed that the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) are proceeding with comprehensive modernization and development plans. These plans are designed to strengthen the military's ability to face various challenges and execute assigned tasks with high efficiency to safeguard the nation's security and stability.
