Hneifat opened the festival, considered the "most prominent marketing window for olive farmers and rural families" in Amman, on behalf of His Majesty King Abdullah, with the participation of 800 individuals.

In a statement reported by Al-Mamlaka TV, Hneifat stated that organizing this festival translates the Royal Directives on the necessity of caring for the agro-industrial sector.

He emphasized the importance of supporting olive farmers and rural families to achieve sustainable agricultural development goals.

The festival features modern technologies, such as crowd management, barcoding for each olive oil container entering the festival area, and online sales technology. Visitors were reassured that no olive oil container would be allowed into the festival without being tested by the National Center's olive oil laboratory. Additionally, a campaign was launched to promote optimal water management in various consumption sectors, encouraging the adoption of modern water-saving techniques.
